Kate, are you really so out of touch with reality (or unable to see the world through your own vanity) to think that the world revolves around you? You bought a home less than five miles from an active RAF base and are now complaining about noise?! Don't you see anything wrong with that?
Some of us are busy protecting the free world. If you don't like it, try holding your wedding reception in Kandahar. I guarantee you will learn something.
